How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping takes between 3-5 working days. We make use of door to door courier services to ensure fast and direct shipping.

 

How do I track my order?

You'll receive automated shipping updates by email and SMS.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on any orders over R450. Should your order be less than R450, a shipping fee of R75 would be charged. We make use of door to door courier services to ensure fast and direct shipping.

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all main cities and local lying areas in South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping as of yet.

 

Can I exchange or return an item?

Yes, you are welcome to return or exchange your order within 7 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition. No worn items are eligible for return or exchange. Once we are satisfied with the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item.

Exchanges are only allowed for the exact same item (i.e. same item in another colour or print) and/or an item of the exact same value.  If you would like an item of a different value from the store, you will have to purchase this separately or wait until you have been refunded.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns or exchanges at his point. You will have to cover the shipping costs for any returns yourself. Unless your product is damaged in any way on delivery then we will cover the cost of collection. If this is the case, please notify us and send us images as proof within 7 days of shipping on hello@retreatyourself.co.za so we may correct this as soon as possible. 

 

How do I exchange an item?

If you’d like to exchange your item please email hello@retreatyourself.co.za with a description of the item (item name, size and colour) you would like to exchange it for. You can return or exchange your order within 7 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition.

Unless the item has been damaged upon delivery, you will have to cover the shipping costs for any returns yourself. 

 

How can I return an item?

You can return an unworn item within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to hello@retreatyourself.co.za specifying the  item you want to return.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at his point. You will have to cover the shipping costs for any returns yourself. Once we are satisfied with the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item.

 

How can I return/exchange a damaged item?

If your product is damaged in any way on delivery, please notify us and send us images as proof within 7 days of delivery on hello@retreatyourself.co.za so we may correct this as soon as possible.
